<page> element is the root or top-level element of a Mallard page file. Every page has to contain it and it cannot occur in any other element. The
<page> element must contain an
id attribute with a unique argument. It should also contain a
type attribute which should specify whether the page is a guide or topic.
Both guide and topic pages can contain sections, defined by the
<section> element. These are a prominent logical part of a page or another section. Sections also have unique IDs, which can be linked to directly.
